What is this event about?

Amidst demographic shifts and economic volatility, this conference aims to reshape the future of retirement for women by addressing gender disparities in retirement savings and exploring innovative financial inclusion strategies. The ”Two-pot”; system from South Africa, a notable reform in the region, exemplifies the kind of forward-thinking strategies that will be discussed, offering insights into how policy adaptations can
benefit women facing a retirement savings gap due to lower
earnings, interrupted careers, and longer lifespans.
